Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. SN Travels reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and such updates will take effect upon publication.
2. Services
SN Travels acts as a licensed travel intermediary facilitating air ticketing, hotel bookings, visa assistance, tour packages, and related travel services.
3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.
A booking is valid only upon receipt of full or agreed-upon partial payment.
E-tickets, hotel vouchers, and confirmations are issued via email.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information and verify travel requirements (e.g., visa validity, passport expiry). SN Travels will not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients.
5. Liability
SN Travels serves as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, and other providers. We are not responsible for:
Delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party suppliers.
Loss, damage, or injury resulting from acts of third parties, weather conditions, or natural disasters.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked through SN Travels.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Colombo.

Payment Policy

In-person payments at SN Travels office.
2. Payment Deadlines
Full payment is required before ticket or service issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Partial payments may be accepted under certain conditions with prior approval.
3. Currency & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier revisions.
Any additional charges (such as government taxes or airline fees) will be clearly communicated before payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applicable Law: Governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka
1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sntravels.hq@gmail.com
Refund eligibility depends on the respective airline, hotel, or service provider’s cancellation rules.
Administrative and processing fees may apply.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds, once approved, are processed within 10–15 working days.

Deductions for administrative or third-party processing fees
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain promotional airfares, visa services, or hotel bookings may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
